This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by Codenerd Development, including but not limited to website design, web development, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, web hosting, and domain registration.
By engaging our services and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
Custom development projects follow milestone-based payment and refund terms.
Monthly retainer services have specific cancellation notice requirements.
Third-party services like hosting and domains follow their own provider policies.
Logo and graphic design projects are subject to revision limits and approval stages.

If a project is cancelled mid-way due to client inaction (e.g., not providing required content, approvals, or feedback for more than 30 days), the project will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued for work completed.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include your invoice number, payment date, amount paid, and a clear reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and respond with a decision.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Either party may cancel a project under the following terms:

For ongoing monthly services (SEO, PPC, Social Media), cancellation requires a minimum of 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle. No refund will be issued for the current month's fees.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For projects already in progress, the policy in effect at the time of contract signing will apply.
